Lan has created a romantic setting in the location that once housed Café Kaldi. Fuchsia-colored walls reach to the open ceiling where exposed ductwork is painted black. The black and fuchsia combination plays out on the tables as well, while gauzy curtains separate the front of the restaurant from the back, creating a sense of intimacy.
