Kazu's Sushi and Asian Bistro has continually changing specials and a variety of unique sushi to choose from. Favorite rolls include the Hurricane Dino Roll with Tempura shrimp, avocado, cream cheese and spicy mayo topped with crispy chips and eel sauce, and the Zen Roll with Spicy tuna, white tuna, fresh salmon, asparagus, avocado, daikon radish and crispy chips wrapped with soy wrap and no rice. Japanese beer and a small selection of International wines are available. Kazu's also caters.

Kazu’s Sushi and Asian Bistro is a good example of a neighborhood restaurant: small, conveniently located, friendly and serving good inexpensive food. Situated in a strip on Siesta Drive just across from Southgate Mall, the restaurant is able to serve both sides of Tamiami Trail. As it name indicates. Kazu’s specializes in Asian fare.
