Five Guys Burgers And Fries

Five Guys is like a blast from the past, back when fast food was just getting started. Here, burgers are thin, diner-style patties made fresh and slapped on a blazing hot griddle that fries the outside to a crisp, mottled crust. Grease will drip, and if you indulge too heavily in the free toppings the entire thing might come apart in your hands. That's a good thing. Good hand-cut fries, too.
