Entering Bologna Cafe, it‘s hard not to swoon. The heady smell of cheese, sausages and a variety of hams wafts its way toward you as soon as you open the door. As an incentive for the appetite, it can‘t be beat. And, if anything, the food tastes even better than it smells. These goods appear in a display case that stands right inside the door.
