The Shamrock's Summer Chef Jam

ShamrockPub_FeaturedIf you needed more proof that The Shamrock Pub doesn’t slow down during the summer, here it is: The bar’s incredible Summer Chef Jam kicks off this Monday. For just $20, guests can enjoy bottomless pints of a variety of Florida craft beers paired with small plates from a new local chef each week, beginning with Kyle Harrington of Libby’s. Harrington plans to make Korean Food Truck Sticky Ribs, Bulgogi Tacos and Karubi Pork Gyoza paired with St. Petersberg-based Green Bench Brewing Co.’s Saison de Blanc Vert. There will also be three taps each Monday from Florida’s Swamp Head Brewery and DJ Andy Viohl will spin tunes.
