Considering Bob Dylan's disappointing concert performance in Tampa last summer that left all the songwriter's beautiful lyrics suffering a horrible fate in the his shattered-glass larynx, probably the best way to enjoy the rock poet's music these days is to hear it performed by more capable vocalists. To celebrate Dylan's 73rd birthday, which is May 24, Sarasota community radio station WSLR (96.5) is sponsoring a "Chillin' with Dylan" event Friday.
