ARMANDO SOLARES

The enduringly popular Venice Italian Feast & Carnival returns for its 26th year to the Venice Municipal Airport festival grounds for four days of food and fun. Attendees are invited to nosh on Italian-American culinary dishes like pasta fagioli, stromboli, calzones and that tasty pastry zeppole. Fair faves such as hot dogs, fries, ribs and gyros will also be served. Beer and, yes, wine, are also available. Carnival rides and live music, mostly golden oldies acts, add to the appeal of this event hosted by the Italian American Club of Venice.

4 p.m. Thursday and Friday; noon Saturday and Sunday, Venice Municipal Airport, 150 Airport Ave. E., Venice; free admission ($5 parking); 486-1492; italianamericanclub.org
