The Boss is back. A little more than two years since Bruce Springsteen's winning "Wrecking Ball" tour hit the Tampa Bay Times Forum, the age-defying rocker returns to the area, again with his famed E Street Band, to headline a special Big Guava Kick-Off Concert Thursday, May 1, at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa. Springsteen is touring in support of his new album "High Hopes."
Single Day Big Guava general admission tickets start at $65 and on sale 11 a.m. Saturday (Feb. 15). Tickets can be purchased at livenation.com The Springsteen show launches the three-day Big Guava festival making its debut here this year. Already scheduled to perform at Big Guava are: Outkast, their reunion tour with Andre 3000 and Big Boi; Vampire Weekend, Foster The People and numerous other high-profile acts representing various genres.
