Classic mojito with bitters.

Sample a classic mojito with bitters at the Siesta Key Oyster Bar during Big G’s Crustacean Happy Hour. Drink village-style with Louisiana crawfish and half-shell oysters from 3 to 6 p.m. every day.

INGREDIENTS:
4-6 mint leaves
1 ounce lime juice
½ fresh lime
¾ ounces simple syrup
2 ounces white rum
3 ounces sparkling water
Dash of angostura bitters

MIXOLOGY:
Muddle mint and simple syrup. Combine rum, lime, lime juice and sparkling water, and shake with ice. Strain and pour mixture into a tall glass over ice and add a dash of angostura bitters. Garnish with a mint sprig.
