The 1996 hit comedy starring Robin Williams, Nathan Lane, Gene Hackman and Dianne Wiest really has a great message about tolerance. "The Birdcage," set in South Beach, concludes the South Florida Museum’s Film Fridays series “Greetings from Florida.” The movie will be screened in the all-digital domed theater in the Bishop Planetarium as part of the South Florida Museum’s Film Friday series. Each week there's beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks available for purchase.

6 p.m. Friday; South Florida Museum, 201 10th St. W., Bradenton; $5, $3 (member admission); 746-4131; southfloridamuseum.org.
