Roasted mimosa at ROAST.

With its combination of freshly squeezed juices and sparkling wine, the Roasted Mimosa at ROAST sweetly washes down the menu’s new lunch items (from leek-and-potato soup with chive crème fraiche to BLTs on brioche rolls with dried tomato aioli).

INGREDIENTS:
1½ ounces Prosecco
1½ ounces ginger juice
1½ ounces carrot juice
1½ ounces orange juice

MIXOLOGY:
Combine stirred ingredients in a wine glass and garnish with an orange rind.
