Rainforest Romp at Selby

/

rainforestSelby Gardens’ new Anne Goldstein Children’s Rainforest Garden will be full of more life than usual this weekend, with special appearances by rainforest animals, including Big Cat Habitat’s Chance the chimpanzee. Festivities will include live musical performances, arts and crafts, rainforest story time and rainforest-themed food available for purchase. The new attraction features an outdoor, elevated rainforest with thatched roof teaching huts, waterfall cascading down a rock face with lush plants, a suspended rope bridge, caves for exploring, adventure trails, and even a research station to inspire curious minds about what they may find in an actual working research center.
