Tropical Spice on Ice and Figure Skating Friends skate for breast cancer awareness – 4-5:30 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 26). An all-adult synchronized ice skating team, featuring high-level pairs and skaters representing many ages and skill levels. 26th annual Florida Bandmasters Association District 11 marching band festival – 5-9:30 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 26) at Manatee High School's Hawkins Stadium. More than 1,400 high-schoolers will march in 15 bands from Manatee, Charlotte, DeSoto, Hardee, Hillsborough and Sarasota counties. $7 for ages 13 and up; $5 for ages 6-12; free for children under 6.
