The “perfection” behind the Haye Loft’s Perfect Cosmo can be credited to Eric Bell, the restaurant’s bartender for more than two decades. Explains Bell, “Most Cosmos are made with triple sec but we like to use Cointreau in ours. We also use a little more vodka in ours too, so they’re a lighter pink color.”
3 ounces Tito’s Handmade Vodka
¾ ounces Cointreau
¾ ounces cranberry juice
Squeeze of lime
Shake ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain and pour into an up glass. Finish with a floating slice of lime.
