Hundreds attended Bradenton's sixth annual Beer Festival Old Main Street in downtown in February. Bradenton's first Main Street Live of the season will be held at the same location Thursday and will likely draw a similarly-sized crowd. (February 2, 2013 Herald-Tribune Staff Photo by Thomas Bender)
Local rock-funk band the Cherry Bombs (watch below) headline Bradenton's first Main Street Live of the season. Originally scheduled to take place last week but postponed due to weather concerns, it’s this Thursday on Old Main Street in downtown Bradenton.
The event, one of The Friendly City’s most popular, will also feature food trucks, vendors as well as participation from the many restaurants and bars that make up the Old Main Street Merchants Association.
5-10 p.m. Thursday; Old Main Street (aka 12th Street West), Bradenton; 896-8860.
