The Sarasota Sailing Squadron will host the 67th Annual Labor Day Regatta Saturday-Sunday with 300 competitors expected from across North America to embark on Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

“This event is well-known for the hospitality provided by the SSS, the camaraderie among the community of sailors and reminds us all that Sarasota Bay is our most unique and valued community asset,” said Donna Hillmyer, Labor Day Regatta chairwoman, in a statement.

The event is free for the public to attend.
