Mango Mojito at Phillippi Creek.

Fruit sangrias, frozen daiquiris and mango mojitos epitomize June at Phillippi Creek. Have the latter refresher with fish tacos, crab enchiladas or bacon-covered baked oysters while manatee spotting.

INGREDIENTS:
4-6 mint leaves
½ fresh lime
1½ ounces fresh mango chunks
2 ounces mango nectar
¾ ounces simple syrup
1½ ounces Bacardi light rum
Splash of soda water

MIXOLOGY:
Muddle fruits and mint. Combine with rum and shake with ice. Pour mixture into a tall glass over ice and add a splash of soda water. Garnish with a lime wheel.
