Local chefs honored in 2013 Best Chefs In America

/

best chefsThe new 2013 Best Chefs in America is the first industry peer-review guide of chefs, honorees chosen from 5,000 interviews with chefs from across the nation. The result is a book that profiles more than 4,000 chefs and their restaurants, including quite a few from our area. And it seems like the peer review process worked pretty well. The list (see below) includes almost all of our local culinary heavy-hitters, with few omissions and little padding.

The book is available for $75 at bestchefsamerica.com.
