Forget synthetically flavored liquor when you have libations like the Wild Berry Infusion at Half Shell Oyster House. Raspberries, strawberries and blackberries are infused for a week in the Sarasota bar’s vodka and served with potent, soaked berry garnishes.

INGREDIENTS:
1¼ ounces house-infused wild berry vodka (raspberries, strawberries and blackberries)
¾ ounces Chambord black raspberry liqueur
1½ ounces fresh sweet-and-sour mix

MIXOLOGY:
Pour all liquids into a shaker with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an infused raspberry and strawberry.
