Red-Headed Apple martini at Roy's.

Roy’s Red-Headed Apple martini is one of the fairest cocktails in the land, with its floating fruit slice garnish and wintery-warm spice finish. Find it on the “concoctions” menu at the Sarasota bar, alongside ginger sidecars and jalapeno martinis.

INGREDIENTS:
1½ ounces infused Prairie Organic Vodka
1 ounce ginger liqueur
1 ounce apple juice
½ ounce simple syrup

MIXOLOGY:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a thin, floating slice of apple.

Roy’s is at 2001 Siesta Dr., Sarasota. 952-0109; roysrestaurant.com.
