As the comedy "Viagara Falls" nears the end of its run on Feb. 24, the Golden Apple Celebrity Theatre has booked an eclectic array of programs for the next few weeks.
The nun who provides comical lessons on church doctrine and holiday etiquette and tradition is back with "Sister's Easter Catechism: Will My Bunny Go to Heaven." The show is a holiday-themed sequel to "Late Nite Catechism," a hit that gets audiences involved as they become students in Sister's class.
Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 26-28 and 2 p.m. Feb. 27. Show only tickets are $30, and a full bar and cabaret menu are available.
The hit revue "Let's Hang On," a tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, returns for one performance at 7:30 p.m. March 1. Admission is $45 for dinner and the show, with a VIP package available for $130 per couple including premium seating, a three-course dinner and complimentary wine.
The theater also is bringing in "Girls Night -- The Musical," which traces the lives of a group of female friends, who tell their stories, share some laughs and perform hit songs from the 1980s and 1990s, including "It's Raining Men," "Lady Marmalade," "I Will Survive" and "We are Family."
The show runs March 2-10. Tickets are $35, with a cabaret menu available. You can get a taste of the show in this clip:
