Tiki torchlight and pear-melon martinis at Mattison’s City Grille keep February sultry. Snuggle up by the outdoor heaters while sipping this lime green libation, and couple it with an antipasto misto or flourless chocolate espresso torte.

INGREDIENTS:
3 ounces Smirnoff Twist of Pear Vodka
2 ounces Arrow honeydew melon liqueur
Splash of sour mix
Splash of Sprite

MIXOLOGY:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain and pour into a martini glass. Drop in a stem-free maraschino cherry.
