Drink up: Forks & Corks Food & Wine Fest

The sixth annual Forks & Corks Food & Wine Festival this weekend (Jan. 25-26) will see hundreds of people sampling liquid love from wineries spanning the globe.

Some of the events have been sold out for months, but there’s still plenty to taste. Winemaker dinners will be held on Friday and Saturday nights at restaurants around the area, from Euphemia Haye to Pier 22.

For a more in-depth experience, Forks & Corks University has classes scheduled all day on Saturday, including “A World of White,” “Big, Red and Beautiful” and “California Road Show.” Prices for half-day classes are $75, full-day classes are $150.
