Beer review: Jai Alai India Pale Ale

Beer: Jai Alai India Pale Ale

Brewery: Cigar City, Tampa

Notes: It almost feels like Cigar City brews this just for me. It's hoppy and fruity and quite bitter with notes of malt sweetness. Try to get bottles less than a month old (the date is stamped on the label) for the full tropical-fruit hop flavors that tend to fade after a few weeks. Just writing about it gets me salivating.

Have you had this beer? Let me know what you thought in the comments below.
